Hello Friends,




 We were talking about stress in our last post, talking about stress itself makes us stressful. There are some situations, places or people that make us more stressful.
          
        Today We'll talk how exercise can be helpful in reducing stress. 

      Daily Exercise for about 15 to 30 minutes helps you maintain your physical & mental health.  Daily exercise or physical activities reduce stress hormones, boosts energy & improves mood.  Physical activities improves blood & oxygen circulation in body that improves our efficiency and helps mind & body relax.  Exercise keeps our body and mind busy keeping our mind diverted from daily stressful thoughts & makes our mind feel good. Look out for physical activities that you enjoy.  
  So try it and let me know that helps....!
